| · | It is important to understand that purchasing pixels gives you no right of ownership to the site www.webid.ca. This site is a marketing tool, pure and simple. It allows you to bring more traffic to your website. |

| · | www.webid.ca is not responsable of the contents published on its website or the ones it links to. But, we reserve the right to refuse any pucture or content that we find inapropriate. If this is the case, we will advise you by writting you at the e-mail you provided. We will give you the choice to change the picture and/or description, or, if this is your desire, we will reimburse you the total amount payed. |
| · | The minimum purchase is 10$ for a block of 100 pixels. |
| · | Only files of type JPEG and GIF will be accepted. Animated GIF images will probably work, but are not supported. Use them at your own risk. |
| · | Image sizes are not automatically ajusted to fit inside the range of blocks you have chosen. Please make sure the dimension of your image corresponds to your choices (dim X , dim Y). |
| · | When your picture and description are approved and they are posted on the site, you will NOT BE ABLE to make changes. make sure you are completely sure before uploading your picture. |
| · | No reimbursement will be possible (unless the image or content are inapropriate). All sales are final. |
| · | The site www.webid.ca will be online for at least 5 years since the day it was registered, therefore, until at least July 2010. |
| · | If, for any reason, you no longer want to show your identity on www.webid.ca, write to us (IMPORTANT: using the specified e-mail at purchase time) and we will remove your image, link and description. Note that you will not be reimbursed. |
